Children
The DCF Children’s Ministry is a joyful and nurturing environment where children are taught to know, love, and follow Jesus from a young age. Every Sunday, during the adult worship service, children gather for Sunday School classes tailored to their specific age groups. Lessons are creatively designed to engage young hearts and minds, making Bible study fun, relevant, and impactful.
Children are divided into different levels based on their age, allowing each group to learn and grow at a pace that suits them best. Through storytelling, interactive activities, crafts, songs, and games, children are introduced to biblical truths in ways they can understand and apply.
A major highlight of the year is the Children’s Retreat, where kids experience spiritual growth through worship, teaching, and fellowship in a setting designed especially for them. Throughout the year, children also take part in Sunday services by doing Bible readings, singing songs, playing instruments, and expressing their God-given talents.
The ministry encourages children to develop a heart for service by involving them in missions, outreach programs, and life groups, helping them grow as active members of the church community from an early age. Our desire is to raise a generation of children who love Jesus, love others, and boldly live out their faith.
